Laundry Cottage​

Laundry Cottage is an enchanting three bedroom, detached property set in a woodland glade. Inside you will find an open plan dining area and lounge complete with wood burner; country kitchen; and downstairs cloakroom. At the top of the steep, narrow winding staircase there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom, in a quirky circular layout: the light, airy double leads to the beamed ceiling twin which steps down into the bunk bed room that leads to the dual aspect Jack and Jill bathroom which takes you full circle back to the double.

Heydon is situated 12 miles north of Norwich just off the B1149. Postcode for Sat Nav is NR11 6AD.  

 

As you drive through the picturesque village of Heydon you will pass the bakery, tea rooms and pub on your left and the village green and church on your right. Continue on between the Church Lodge gatehouses and then immediately turn left before the cattle grid. Drive a further 400 metres down the track until you reach a clearing in the woods where you will be greeted by the sight of Laundry Cottage on the right.
